Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Conditions
Orders that have not entered processing or dispatch may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.
If more than 48 hours have elapsed, or if the order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, any refund will only be issued after the item has been returned and inspected in accordance with the applicable return terms.
Quietovae reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where the order is already in preparation or has been handed over to the courier.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To request an order cancellation, customers must submit a written request by email or contact customer support by phone.
The cancellation request must include:

Each request is reviewed, and customers will be notified of the outcome as promptly as possible.
3. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing policies of the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
