1. Scope of Application
This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy outlines the conditions, applicable timeframes, and procedures for returns and refunds for products purchased through quietovae.com. All return and refund matters are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Return Conditions
Return requests are accepted in accordance with the terms set out below.
Product exchanges are not provided. Due to inventory allocation, product specifications, and stock being managed across multiple fulfilment locations, immediate replacements cannot be arranged.
Customers may return an item that meets the eligibility requirements and, if desired, place a new order separately.
3. Timeframes and Eligibility Requirements
A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the order is received.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

All accessories, manuals, and included materials are returned
Items that show signs of use, modification, damage, or that are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
A return shipping label is included with the original delivery, allowing customers to initiate the return process promptly upon receipt of the order.
4. Refund Conditions
Orders that have not entered processing or dispatch may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and a full refund will be issued.
If more than 48 hours have elapsed, or if the order has already been processed or dispatched, refunds can only be issued after the item is returned and inspected in accordance with this policy.
All refunds are subject to verification of the returned item’s condition and compliance with return eligibility requirements.

If the return is requested due to personal preference (including change of mind, selection errors, or preference changes), the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If the return is due to a faulty item or damage occurring during transit, all return shipping costs will be covered.

The time required for refunded funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
