4. Orders and Payments

Orders are submitted through the website and are considered accepted only once an order confirmation has been issued.

Order Processing Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday are processed on the same business day

  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day

Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–16 business days within Australia

  • Standard delivery is provided at no additional charge

  • No duties or extra fees are payable upon delivery

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not entered processing, preparation, or dispatch.

If the order has already been prepared for shipment, dispatched, or if the 48-hour period has passed, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may submit a return request in accordance with the applicable return terms.

The platform reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where processing has commenced or the order has been handed over to the courier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return requests are accepted in accordance with the conditions below.

Product exchanges are not offered due to inventory allocation, specification differences, and fulfilment arrangements across multiple locations.
Eligible items may be returned, and customers may place a new order separately if desired.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be:

  • Undamaged and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories and documentation

Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

A return shipping label is included with the original delivery to facilitate the return process.
