Orders are prepared and dispatched through authorised logistics partners using standard handling procedures.
Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

If shipping arrangements change, relevant information will be clearly disclosed before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Following successful payment confirmation, orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Order Processing Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 5:00 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday are processed on the same business day

• Orders placed after 5:00 pm (AEST), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day

After dispatch, estimated delivery times within Australia are 7–16 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or regional location.

5. Applicable Taxes

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian requirements.

No additional duties or fees are payable upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking and Returns

Once an order has been dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available, to monitor delivery progress.

A return shipping label is included with the original delivery, allowing customers to initiate a return request if required.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the order is received.

After returned items are received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, in accordance with the applicable return terms.
